I had this issue too I called cs as I was instructed and they said it was an 'open chat' issue. I guess you can see if this is it if you go into your account manager thing from the site and looking at your communication options, if theres no check in open chat and you check it and it says 'coming soon' or something, then its that issue and you have to do what uber said and make a new account and move your Pirates over by calling customer service kind of a pain but it fixed me up
