Martial Magic, has always just played together. We've made plans, i.e. ("who wants to meet up tomorrow afternoon on abassa?") I think morale isn't really an issue in an active guild, its not like you'll face a mutany. But, in this economy a few gifts or giveaways might be appreciated. Your regular players will just be happy with your company though. (IMO/IME)
Just before I read your post, I considered buying some game cards to raffle off to some of our little grey friends. Maybe even a hide-and-seek game. (find so-and-so [no TP'ing] and receive a game card number.) I'm not sure I would want to get involved with mailing/shipping things to people I don't know in real life but a Whisper Chat with a card number would be okay.
