If the plus was taken away that stinks.
The plus is for speedchat plus and you can change that to open chat which offers even more freedom than speedchat plus.
You can enable open chat by going
here.
Make sure that
speedchat plus is checked AND
>with any Disney member.
You'll probably need the parent password so ask your parents.
