Noticing today, while making yet-another-map (for something completely different,) that very-quiet servers tend to have a juggy/death omen/behemoth at each spawn spot. I'm sailing a lap right now around Battira ocean - not even half-way around so far - and I've seen 6 so far.
Might be because they take two to three hours to re-spawn. But once they re-spawn, they gradually move closer in from the edge of the map, then circle indefinitely.
