Basic members can do the clothing quests. They can get rare & random clothing drops from defeating enemies (at least, they used to. Haven't in a long time now though.) But to purchase and wear items, they need to be unlimited access members (at least for a month) or be linked to a paid account. I don't recommend the linked-accounts glitch, as it doesn't last and usually will get both accounts suspended. But getting a
90-day game card works well.
