Every now and then... (I think Dev's take over Navy ships, I would) but a few ghost ships come after you if the first stun is too close to you... But my hold is full (5) every few minutes, I have 2 ships, and more gold than I can spend-
Might be time for one more back-up ship. A little one for shooting fish in a bucket, and 2 with the big hold (5) to keep from hitting the docks, just out of jail, with no ship to sail...
In Beta 1, Dev's dropped just the cannons to us, right on the beach next to the boat repair in PR... A few of us took turns hitting the Navy in port- then we never saw them again...
