Still Stuck
I have been to online chat for over an hour, reloaded the whole kitten kaboodle, then am number 152 in the queue with Norton online chat.
I am sure this will be resolved at some point, but in the meantime, I feel like I got a bad batch of clams on pdf and am now paying the pirate price for it. Seems like I would rather walk the plank than deal with this. But in the spirit of the BBK mission, sometimes you just have to turn off the darn computer and take a break.
