If you use Finder, browse to your PiratesOnline application. Pick "Show Package Contents" from the Finder menu, which will reveal the Contents folder. Browse within this to the MacOS and cache folder. When you get to the cache folder, select all the files and delete them.
Or, you can just uninstall the application and let the whole thing redownload. But that's the slow way.
