- Fixed the application icon not showing up when playing on a Windows machine in windowed mode
- Fixed an exploit where a Pirate could become invincible on Kingshead

Just tested Wildwoods - that one still works exactly the same. :-(
Likewise the main Kingshead ones I knew of. I wonder what they thought they fixed?
