I don't remember which server I went to; I just clicked on a B that was Ideal.
Anyway, not sure if it was because it was one of the last (if not
the last) tours, but it was
really short (quick through town, to the "Perch", and ending at the shipwright - no mansion, even...).
I guess it's better than some of the other events, though, because at least I didn't get booted trying to attend...
