When I first bought my Galleon I had the same problems with having to repair my ship over and over. After I logged out and logged back in though it seems to be working fine. The only issue I'm having now is sometimes after repairing my ship, I hit exit, then it quickly brings me back to the "press shift to talk to ....." I don't hit anything and it brings up the guy closer (with no menu choices) and just stays there forcing me to shut the game down and log back on.
