Since you and Swashbuckler II posted so close, I make it to be 2 bottles.

And, it has lasted well over 15 hours, not just 2 minutes, so I'll leave it alone at 2 bottles. Besides, 2 bottles isn't worth taking, it would still leave me thirsty!
