If your trying to level your grenades, get a friend and hit up Kingshead till around level 8 Grenade, then you can kill by yourself.
All you have to do is go behind the white picket fence and toss the grenade using long volley into the middle of the Group of Soldiers. They will come to you, and you can kill them.
