You've been getting some really good rep from that doll. The back of Padres beach is one of the best places, in my opinion, to leave your doll up.
Grenades, if you don't level those up you'll regret it later. I have level twenty grenades and if I ever master them the last rep I'll see is +3.
You don't want to leave grenades behind. Level them up more than all your other weapons and it will be easier in the end. If you can have them at level twenty by the time your nort is thirty then that's great.
