Let me just corect the positions real quick:

It's fine with me to do the navigation (watch pirates of the caribbean 2, captain jack does navigation with his not-very-trusty-at-the-moment compass)
and ye and meself can do recruiting and as soon as i get in the game i can do it pretty well...(and good job with the post matey!)
