I don't think Friday the 13th is an unlucky day. People only observe their luck and misfortune on Friday the 13th because of it's history of being unlucky.
People who are superstitious are going to say it's unlucky. People who think Friday the 13th is rubbish are going to say it's lucky. I think ALL Fridays are good, regarding the date number. We get out of school on Fridays; I say that's fortunate.
Many people in this thread will say 13 is an unlucky or lucky number. But to those people, have you observed other numbers and dates and compared them to 13? Who knows, perhaps Tuesday the 19th or Monday the 4th is particularity lucky/unlucky?
