I dont think so ! Maybe I'll have some time on POTCO but I've been playing 9Dragons for more than a month and I think it's the perfect game that I should reach higher levels in it ! so I don't think POTCO is that perfect game unless they make the pvp in open areas and they add the boarding option and much more quests !
