September 15th was when they
announced the winners. The
contest itself was August 22-24th. Depending how you count, that was 26 or 27 weeks ago, not 15.
I thought at first, that 8 weeks for an ordinary hat was exorbitant. Since it is promotional material (read: free advertising) for POTCO, I really don't understand the motivation for the delay. I don't understand why they didn't send them out the very next day, in that light.
