I just sent bug report about this because i
still have the same problem with blackjack
I have tried different districts and different taverns
but the dealer just won't give me the cards.
This doesn't happen when i play other card game
like tortuga poker or 7stud poker.
And my other pirate character can play blackjack
without problem, but his notoriety level is still low.
Looks like i will get stuck on this quest for some time.
Oh well, maybe i will just level up my skills.
