Yesterday I got the quest where I have to capture some dude from a flagship frigate or galleon.
So.... I raced on out to my ship and started looking. No flags! So I changed districts and looked. Still no flags. In fact, I don't recall any flagships since last week when they announced they "fixed the flagship issues." Am I wrong?
