I'm sure I've seen this addressed before but I can't find the thread. Just wondering...I completed a BB tonight, I was the driver/steerer and everything. We got through in record time and with only 4 people. Problem is, I thought Leadership (on your sailing skills) came through after completing a BB. But I don't have it. *confused!* Can someone tell me if I'm wrong, or if I have to go track down Jack Sparrow
(who I cannot seem to find anyways) or what? Any help is hugely appreciated!
