I believe you are confusing the skins. The dark skin (the default) has the outcase picture on it while the lighter skin (PR skin) has a picture of PR on it.
We made some slight image changes to all the skins. New top image, new PM icons, and the default skin got some new thread icons. With the official POTCO site doing some updates, we thought we'd do the same. Plus, there will be a special surprise in time for the mod hunt next weekend.
