I agree with this statement wholeheartedly, as long as you dont SvS.. which I do not.
Main arguments for Frigate often seem to come down to ability... (ie ease of use)
There be no better pay off than a War Galleon full O treasure chests
(Royals particularly of course).
The War Frigate usually the last ship for me to buy, and alot easier for me to get with that War Galleon
