Yes, they do look at this site, ive been told first hand by their ingame GMs.
We already have a stickied thread titled "Suggestions about POTCO" in this sub-forum, recommend keeping your ideas/suggestions there, or creating a thread for each making it far easier to discuss each idea separately, instead of run together in a single thread.
