Perhaps, now that majors islands have been made over - some of these areas will get some unique touches in the future. Might interesting the garden actually had some garden areas or better old, abandoned garden areas since the skeletons showed up.
Tortuga's Graveyard ought to have more makeshift graves and markers, after all the ones buried there are likely all lowly pirates anyway. And so on...
