Hey, howzabout joining the Guild Circuit as one of the foot guilds? Its services are practically free. Anyway, if you want to try and see how it works, just make a code so you can jump back to your respective guild.
Meanwhile, I'm going to try and install an inter-guild Racers' League and a Flag League. I suppose that you don't have to register or do anything to take advantage of the Circuit (though how mch exists to take advantage of depends on how many take advantage of it), though the Leagues and myself could use some registered.
