I love raiding and privateering since i'm a sea person, but I need a fast way to have some people help me on long voyages since i get lonely. Making ships public is an easy way to get a semi-crew just for one voyage or until they leave. The only question is "HOW DO YOU MAKE SHIPS PUBLIC!"
