Yep i'm in jolly old England and have paid up until recently by paypal. Then I had snags with it so switched to credit card. The only thing I found is that it doesnt give you the option of putting in our post code so had to choose a US one LOL.
The payment was still taken ok and apart from that everything else has run smoothly.
