Actually, I hope not.
All the play I've done on my maxed pirates has probably stowed away a ton of "no-rep" rep. As much as I would like to know how much rep I haven't been getting, just to see the numbers, I would hate to log in after the caps are raised, only to find myself at or very near the cap again. (whatever that new cap may be)
