I know how to do them both but I'm not gonna say unless you REALLY want to know how to do it, but it wouldn't be fair.
If they arent usable in SvS or PvP... then theres nothing 'not' fair about them really, id share them if that was the case, may also help to get them fixed. Keeping them quiet, tends to keep them in the game longer.
