Should cuba have a gunsmith?
Well here it is a problem I and alot of my friends have encountered. You have gone through a nice round of sailing and port at cuba, WAIT before we get that collosus i need ammo! then you have to tp all the way back to somewhere else and the collosus is far from land when you get back.
