The title says it all, just rate the member's avatar and sig above you!
Rules:
1. If you accidentally skip someone, edit your post.
2. Rate it as 1/10 being the worst, 10/10 being the best. (11/10 for exaggeration)
3. Ratings should be on how good the av and sig are, do not base your rating off of what they rated yours.
4. Just have fun, let's not fight!
