Ok, new snack!
Take the following ingredients:
2 boxes regular cheez-its
1 box White Cheddar cheeze-its
1 box Cheeze-it mixed snack mix
1 bag small pretzel sticks
1 bag cheddar gold fish
1 bag oyster crackers, the little ones
a couple cups of crispex cereal, any type (or Chex)
Mix it all together in a big container.
Drizzle a full bottle of Orville Redenbacher's Butter flavored popcorn oil over it. Mix well to coat all the stuff.
Then take one envelope of Hidden Valley ranch dressing, the powder, and sprinkle it over and mix well.
I advise that you use the Orville and the Hidden Valley brands, others don't taste the same. You can experiment with the cracker ingredients, but the recipe above seems to give the best results. I once found little rice puffs, and they worked well when mixed in.
Makes a LOT of snack mix, so I put it in bags and a big plastic tub. We eat it from the tub, and refill from the bags. It's the only snack mix in my house for the last couple of months.
