For some weapon leveling up, I did a lot of prowling in Fort Charles and ran around to all the higher levels working on them.
For general leveling up, Sailing go after the big ships, only if you have a good battle nav strategy and do the story line, also while you're doing the storyline and it wants you to kill things, kill everything you see on your way (that you can) and if you see you're close to leveling up a weapon, just stay for that extra 10 minutes doing it  |
