I'm based in the uk and just signed up with credit card putting as much info as possible in the fields and just selected any state.
I have been plaing fine and the money has came out of my bank account without problems.
only thing I might have issues with is getting the cloth map
as it will probably end up lost in the US somewhere in alabama or wherever I selected lol
