This is a misconception. You know those terms of service you agree to when you sign up? This basically gives up this right. Which really doesnt apply since its a 3rd party environment (Disneys), not a public one which would fall under the rights as defined in the Constitution, and the 1st Amendment. They have the right to refuse service to anyone, for whatever reason, its their house, their rules.
