As Zep said, the "Freedom of Speech" is commonly mis-referred to and does not give one the right to say what they want
anywhere they want. The 1st Amendment says
Congress cannot
make any law that prohibits freedom of speech or the peoples' right to assemble (among other items).
Also, yes, go.com is owned by Disney (technically owned by dig.com which is Disney Internet Group). Disney uses go.com for just about everything they own (e.g. PiratesOnline, ABC, ESPN, etc).
