Hmm.. Its unusual for computers that new to crash, especially unusual when 2 of the same type do. Have ye googled the make and model to see if others are having similar problems, or gone back to the store to see what they say? Darn computers! Send Cujo on their tails, maybe they'll be more obedient lol
