Well yes, it does answer the question, just not clearly.
We were both basically saying that in our opinion, "No, your advanced damage weapon should not multiply the amount of damage on these attacks, as they were not designed to do damage in the first place".
Of course its all hypothesis, we dont know what the intentions of the coders are in this case.
