Party hats lol.... I am just shocked at that, I understand the VIP hall... but party hats...really? That has me wondering what they could be used for....
I have not tried to explore any of the phase files, but how long have those been in there? I kinda had a thought those could have possibly been part of the 1 year POTCO anniversary and just were never used.... I could be wrong though, I usually am lol...
