No, it is not by invite only.
All guilds are welcome so long as they can bring forth a spokesperson.
We be asking that any guild wishing to participate, send forth thar GM or an Officer that can speak for the guild. Look for a GM on the list above to contact in-game. OR Get with

I will try to put as much info in these posts as possible and keep the lists up to date with the guilds involved.
As for the motions on the court floor, ideas presented here and in game are all welcome and appreciated. We will hold what disscussion we can in the forums. At the current time, the motion to vote for Pirate Lords is still just an ember in the fire. Debate needs to take place as to what should define a Pirate Lord in the first place, before we go voting people in. Suggestions for requirements are welcome and will be taken into consideration.
As for meeting times, basically, as pirates, tis a feat unto itself getting a group of mates organized on a mass scale. Therefore, most of the meetings will take place in game when enough members are present to hold Court. We shooting for Mondays and Wednesdays evenings. We have a fair mix of players from both coasts, so times are
Central Standard time USA. Events and Meetings will be in the evenings with a window from
7 pm - 9 pm. If enough members are gathered for a meeting, and enough details for an event are in place, IF enough mates can be gathered, the Events will take place on the spot.
I will be updating the Events Description Roster as the week progresses, to give mates an idea of what the Events entail and mates are more than welcome to try them and test the ideas out however they like. We trying to start a trend here mateys! These events, when enough support is gathered, can be held on a regular basis and at our leisure.
