From the looks of that, the first sentence of the e-mail (that I showed) and the first sentence after "please note" is very contradictory. One says I should log into the regular server with my current account, but the other says my account had been transfered to the test server.

I downloaded the PC version of the test server, but it's just bringing me back to the log-in page when I attempt to log-in.

Sorry that didnt help. I will offer that the two accounts in my household are able to log in on either Open or Test using the same login information. Its just a matter of choosing the correct launcher.
