How the Cadre Works: I am at the head, everything passes through me. The Vice-GM's run the guild in my absence. The Chairs, Admin and Guild Relations, each run tasks within the guild. Admin controls guild discipline, recruitment, guild issues. Guild Relations will coordinate events, welcome new members, and make the guild happy.
