I have heard of another version of a POTC pirates video arcade game that also had the kraken in it. It had been described as a multiplayer arcade game (networked in the the arcade). Could be something similar.
That interface looks like a cross between POTCO and POTBS.
I have a feeling a that some of the trailer footage we see comes from these hybrid games.
