Trouble from
Black Shark Inc. made a great suggestion about open floor speech.
When it comes time to open the floor to discussion on a
Motion being presented or a matter being discussed, that each mate wishing to speak be given a
TIME LIMIT on how long they may hold the floor. This will help move proceedings along accordingly.
