Not sure how long it has been this way, but healers no longer get ANY rep, unless they attune the enemy AND attack it (e.g. poke or swarm or curse) before switching to another weapon.

Noted this comment now from a few months ago. This is no longer the case, and must have been a temporary oversight on POTCOs part, as I get rep for healing all the time now as we always had before.
