In order to keep better control of attendees to the meetings I propose that we adopt a strict RSVP system for attendance.
All attendees must visit the forum prior to the meeting ( I suggest one hour before ) to see the notices posted since the last meet and read the current motions - This itself will help reduce the floor speaking time and help the event run smoother.
Whilst visiting the forum at this time Guilds MUST rsvp stating the names of attendees, anyone that did not officially rsvp will be put on ignore by all attending the meeting who have rsvp'd. Thus making their voice invalid, stopping late arrivers disrupting by demanding to know what is happening as well as preventing people just stepping in with points not motioned for the meeting and any other unpleasantries.
This should happen alongside the steps that we as individual guilds need to take to prevent uninvited guild members appearing at the meet.
