Well I got a response from Disney and they said that it is not possible to switch the bodies around. Oh well! At least I'll have some fun with my new Sven and see where that one takes me.

Unfortunately, we cannot switch pirate bodies to the new bodies. This update applies to pirates that are newly created. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I did reply back stating about how they changed the
existing avatars back in
February (where they changed the avatars to optimize framerates) and asked them what was different about this release where they could change an existing pirate.
