I had this bug twice today since the new revive feature was implemented.
Basically, it happens when you board a flag ship and one of your crew members get KO'd. (We were actually NOT in a crew per se) but still a crew member.
I'm not sure if someone being revived or going to jail has anything to do with the bug BUT what I know is that the last enemy remaining on the ship (an EITC soldier on one ship and a skeleton on another ocassion) would not die despite receiving damage, you could see their life bars from green, to yellow, to red and then black,,,, but that's it! They'd stay alive!!!
If left alone they would eventually disengage, refill their life bar and the same thing over again.
This is in contrast different from the older glitch where the enemy just stays there and cant receive any damage, you could see the life bar at full green and no damage being done at all although if you waited long enough you could eventually kill him after several disengagements and the life bar would show the progress of damage being done.
In this new bug the enemy is pretty much frozen on a spot BUT unlike the older glitch, he does fight back and can kill you while you wont be able to.

Hmmm!!! Just realized after posting this that both invincible enemies were a level 9 !?!?!?
