There have been some problems in this regard, there are posts pertaining to this in our test forum, best bet is to submit your bugs to POTCO hopefully they'll fix it.
Uninstall/reinstall may help to resolve the issue.
I havent heard of any antivirus related issues as Ladyhawke mentioned, but there have been some erratic behaviors with their latest update to the launcher to be sure.
How to access test forum?
Go to your UserCp, click on "Group memberships" link along left, and join "The First Mate Club".
